a path to better health

What if the way you breathe, swallow, and rest your tongue could change everything?

Hi Friend, I’m Brianna — myofunctional therapist, dental hygienist, wife, and mom to two wild daughters.

After over a decade in dentistry, I saw what most people miss: your mouth isn’t just about your teeth…

How you breathe. How you sleep. How you focus. Even how your face develops — it’s all connected.

That’s why I started Elevate Myofunctional Therapy — to help kids, teens, and adults unlock better health by improving the way their mouths function. Whether it’s mouth breathing, speech issues, braces, TMJ pain, or restless nights, I take a whole-body approach that’s simple, compassionate, and backed by real experience. Virtual and in-person sessions available right here in Pendleton, Oregon + beyond.

Because when your mouth works the way it’s supposed to, everything else works better too.

At Elevate Myofunctional Therapy

my mission is to help families breathe easier, sleep better, and feel their best by addressing the root causes behind mouth breathing, sleep struggles, and oral function issues. With a gentle, personalized approach, I work with children, teens, and adults to create simple, effective solutions that fit real life — because healthy habits start at home.

As a myofunctional therapist, dental hygienist, wife, and busy mom of two, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be when your child isn’t sleeping well, breathing right, or thriving like you know they could. After more than a decade in general and holistic dentistry, I’ve seen how small changes in oral function can make a big difference in overall wellness. That’s why I started Elevate Myofunctional Therapy — to help families like yours find simple, effective solutions that fit into real life.

“ I'm so happy that my family found Brianna! Living in Eastern Oregon, it can be really hard to find specialty providers. Not only is Brianna professional and knowledgeable, she is also really flexible with both payment and seeing us virtually and in person. 10/10

“Since starting myo, I've noticed a huge change in my son's sleep and behavior. He used to toss and turn all night, and we would sometimes have issues with bedwetting. Now, he's sleeping well, no issues with bedwetting, and we have far less meltdowns throughout the day. Myo has been a game changer for our family.”

10 Signs You Might Need Myofunctional Therapy

The mouth is the gateway to the body. It gives us clues about how everything is functioning — or compensating. Myofunctional therapy (or "myo" for short) is designed to uncover and correct imbalances in the muscles of the face, mouth, and neck. These imbalances often go unnoticed but can have wide-reaching effects on your health.
